What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ confirmed by product. Bulk hose: metres; couplings, clamps and finished assemblies: pieces.
How long is the lead time?
Standard products ship in 15–25 days after order confirmation and deposit. Custom OEM products require 25–35 days depending on specifications.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (wire transfer), L/C at sight, and Western Union for small orders. 30% deposit, balance before shipment is our standard term.
Can you provide custom colors and OEM labeling?
Yes. We offer full OEM services including custom colors, wall printing, cardboard labels, and private brand packaging with no extra tooling fee for standard molds.
What certifications do your products have?
