Clear Reinforced PVC Hose

The construction described on this page has a PVC inner tube, synthetic textile reinforcement and a PVC cover. Confirm the compound and construction against the selected model when ordering.

The listed models cover 13/64" – 3" (5 – 76 mm). Select an actual row in the specification table; the range does not mean every intermediate size is stocked. Sizes outside the table require a separate quotation and specification.

The working pressures listed for this series are 3 – 12 bar. Use the value for the selected model and grade, not the highest value across the series. Working pressure and burst pressure are separate limits; a burst-test value is not an operating pressure. Where BP is listed, use its pairing with WP in the same row; do not assume one burst ratio for every model.

The published range for the standard construction is -5°C – +60°C. Confirm continuous operation with the actual fluid, pressure and duty cycle. No separate short-term peak rating is documented for this series; higher-temperature operation requires a separately confirmed specification.

The model table lists coil lengths of 20, 30, 40, 50, 100 m. Check the length against the chosen model. The hose ratings describe the hose itself. Cut lengths, connectors and finished assemblies must be agreed in the quotation, including end fittings and any assembly testing. A coil length does not specify a finished assembly length or rating.

Provide the medium, concentration, temperature and operating pressure. Confirm compatibility for the selected compound and fittings. Food-contact, drinking-water or other regulated uses require documents covering the actual model and intended use; they are not included merely because the hose is PVC, rubber or TPU.

Treat requests for other compounds, colors, reinforcement, sizes or compliance documents as separate options, subject to written confirmation. A generic material name or standard reference is not a certificate for every model.
