What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1,000 meters per product for wholesale and OEM orders. For new customers, sample lengths of 10–100 cm are available for quality evaluation before placing a bulk order.
What is your standard lead time for hose orders?
Standard products ship within 15–25 days after order confirmation and deposit payment. Custom OEM products require 25–35 days depending on specifications. We provide production updates and pre-shipment inspection photos throughout.
Do you provide OEM services?
Yes. We offer complete OEM services including custom inner diameters, wall thickness, working pressure ratings, hose colors, and roll lengths. Custom surface printing (brand name, specifications, CE mark) and branded packaging are available with no extra tooling fees for standard mold sizes.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), L/C at sight, and Western Union for small orders. Our standard term is 30% deposit with the balance paid before shipment. Long-term customers may qualify for extended payment arrangements.
